Hey! I’m Carlie, er, Carlie Florence… get it?
I’m a 30 something stay at home Mom, kind of just lost in life and in love with crochet and all things yarny and crafty. I also love food so much (cooking it, but mostly eating it)…my 3 littles beyond words (I mean, look at them…. duh, I’m in love!)… and everything about the Great Lakes (I’m a Michigan girl through and through)!!
I picked up my first hook and yarn when I was about 16 years old and I’ve never looked back. I’m always astounded at the new techniques and stitches and projects I see everyday even after having done this for so many years. I’m constantly learning something new about crochet and I think that is amazing! This craft…it’s just this bottomless well of knotted up awesomeness!! I have learned so much of what I know through free tutorials and patterns online and so I decided: “Welp, now I suppose it’s my turn to help someone else fall for this craft as hard as I did!
