Supplies
- 48mm wood macrame ring
- Approximately 200 yds worsted weight (4) yarn I’m using I love this yarn from Hobby Lobby
- 6.0mm (J) crochet hook
- Scissors
- Yarn needle
- Stitch markers (optional)
- Tassel (optional)- find the instructions for making a tassel here: How To Make A Tassel – A free tutorial
Gauge
Gauge is not important for this piece. Match your hook to your yarn being sure that your stitches are not too tight. Tighter stitching will cause the piece to curl.
Notes
This pattern is written using standard American terms.
The main body of this piece measures approximately 16.5” from top to bottom and 14” across at the widest point. With the ring and tassel mine measure approximately 22” from top to bottom.

Now you’re finished!! Where will you decorate with your Tannenbaum Wall Hanging?
Thank you for the pattern
I love this pattern – I’ve made 5 of these in the last week! Thank you 🙂
Oh that’s so great!! Don’t they work up so fast?
Hi
Thanks for the nice pattern. On row 9, do you mean repeat once? Otherwise it doesn’t add to 13. Thanks!
Oh my goodness!! I made I giant typo throughout! All of the bobble rows should start with hdc 3- so you’ll end up with 4 hdc on each side of the bobbles. I’m going to go fix it now.
So sorry about that!!
Nope- I’m still wrong haha!! Yes- you are absolutely right!! There should be a total of 3 bobbles on that row. And I should slow down with my reading lol!!
